- MultiSonic generators are able to cover a frequency band that is up to 5 times larger than conventional generators.
- Frequency modulation (e.g. 18-22 kHz ±1kHz, 23-27 kHz ±1kHz, 28-32 kHz ±1kHz, 38-42 kHz ±1kHz, 43-47 kHz ±1kHz) within the generator through multi-mode technology with automatic adjustment to the resonance of the cleaning medium leads to faster and more thorough cleaning and prevents standing waves (cavitation damage). Programmability – thanks to the simple, user-friendly programmability, suitable programs can be created for every application (e.g. 30 sec. soaking, 30 sec. US 20 kHz, 10 sec. circulation, 30 sec. US 25 kHz pulsed 1 sec. On / 1 sec. Off ) Standard programs are already pre-programmed (degassing, frequency sweep…)
- Individual programs, for example different parts, can be supplemented and adapted at any time Thanks to innovative and unique technological developments of the MultiSonic components, they react independently to changes in the resonance of the cleaning medium (e.g. due to changes in temperature, concentration, density, etc.) and independently adjust the parameters in order to always achieve an optimal cleaning result. Ready for Industry 4.0, connection to common interfaces such as Modbus or RS485.

Ultrasound Transducers
For cleaning applications developed rod transducers in a space saving powerfull 360° design. Effeciency systems made from high quality materials, up to 98% power factor.
- The specially developed and optimized design of the rod oscillators uses physical principles to generate (spatially and randomly) spatially forced and additionally arbitrary sound waves in the cleaning medium. These effects accelerate and improve cleaning performance compared to conventional systems.
- Significantly (up to 400%) higher efficiency compared to other available ultrasonic cleaning equipment thanks to (higher oscillating amplitudes) mechanically and FEM optimized components – no power loss in the form of vibration or heat development on the converter.
- Heat resistance up to 90°C (without risk of changing the crystalline structure of the piezoceramics).
- The transducers can be completely submerged in the cleaning medium.
- Safety – Can theoretically be operated dry and there is also the option of automatic switch-off when the liquid level is individually adjustable.
